Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Priinteve, operated by Priinteve Innovations. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract, to create an account.

The service

Priinteve lets you create and publish a digital NFC/QR business card, and optionally order physical NFC card hardware. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you put on your card and for it being lawful (see "Prohibited uses" below).

Accounts & billing

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Paid plans are billed as described at checkout; see our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to your card (photos, text, links). By publishing a card, you grant us a licence to host and display that content as part of the service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and for it not being unlawful, defamatory, or infringing someone else's rights.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the service to impersonate another person or business, publish false or misleading contact/professional information intended to deceive, distribute malware or phishing links, or violate any applicable law.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure, though we take reasonable steps to keep it available and secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priinteve Innovations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose (or, for free plans, INR 5,000).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or gross negligence).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Priinteve Innovations harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, or content you upload.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraud or abuse. You may stop using the service, and close your account, at any time.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
