Digital Visiting Card for Doctors and Clinics

Updated 1 October 2026·Works on iPhone & Android — QR code works on every phone·Zero App Required
✓Executive Summary

A Priinteve digital visiting card lets patients save a doctor's or clinic's details in one tap: consultation hours, clinic location on Google Maps, an appointment booking button, and call and WhatsApp buttons. It opens when they tap an NFC card or scan its QR code, for example at the reception desk.

01

What patients need, in one place

Patients rarely need much from a clinic's card, but they need it quickly and without typing: when you are open, where you are, and how to book. A digital visiting card puts those answers one tap away.

  • Business hours: show consultation timings day by day, including closed days
  • Location: a Google Maps pin so patients can find the clinic
  • Buttons: link to your appointment booking page or an online form
  • Services: list your specialities and treatments, with a short description of each
  • Call and WhatsApp buttons for appointments and for sharing reports
  • Files: a downloadable fee list or a patient information sheet as a PDF
02

Where it gets used in a clinic

  • Reception: keep the card on the desk so patients can tap it while they wait
  • After a consultation: a patient who needs a follow-up taps once and has your number saved
  • Referrals: share your profile link on WhatsApp with other doctors and diagnostic centres
  • Camps and talks: hand it to many people quickly without running out of printed cards
03

Information to include and information to leave out

Your profile is public to anyone who has the link, so treat it like a signboard. It is the right place for your name, qualifications, timings, address and contact numbers. It is not the place for any patient's personal or medical details, and you should not publish anything the clinic would not put on its board.

04

Keep it current

When timings change for a holiday or a new branch opens, edit the profile once and every patient who taps the card sees the update. A printed card would need a reprint and would stay wrong in every patient's wallet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

Can patients book an appointment from the card?

The profile can include a button that opens your booking page or a form you already use, plus call and WhatsApp buttons. Priinteve does not run an appointment system of its own.

Can I list more than one clinic location?

You can add address and map details for your main location and mention other branches in your services or in a custom button that links to a page listing them. If each doctor has their own number, give each their own card.

Does the other person need an app?

No. Their phone reads the NFC chip (or its camera scans the QR code) and your profile opens in the browser. Nothing to install on either side.

Can I change my details after the card is printed?

Yes. The card only points to your online profile. Edit your number, photo, links or anything else in your dashboard and the same card shows the new details instantly — no reprint.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No monthly fee. You choose a 1, 2 or 3-year plan and pay for it upfront; it covers the physical card and your digital profile for that period, and you can renew when it ends.
