Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Priinteve Innovations ("Priinteve", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our website and services. By using Priinteve, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable law.

Information we collect

Account & profile data: name, email, phone, the content you add to your digital card (job title, company, links, photo, social profiles), and billing details for paid plans.

Payment data: processed by our payment processor (such as Razorpay). We do not store your full card, UPI or bank account details ourselves.

Visitor data: when someone views or taps your published card, we may log basic, aggregated analytics (such as view counts) so you can see how your card performs. We do not build individual profiles of the people who view your card.

Automatically collected: device type, browser, IP address and usage data, used to secure and improve the service. See our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use information

To create and host your digital card, process orders for any physical NFC card/hardware, process subscription billing, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product. Content you choose to put on your public card (name, title, links, photo) is, by design, visible to anyone who taps or scans it - do not add anything there you do not want to be public.

Who we share information with

• Payment processors, to bill subscriptions and process hardware orders.
• Shipping/courier partners, if you order a physical card, to deliver it.
• Cloud hosting providers who run the service on our behalf.
• Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law.

We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law after that. If you delete your account, your public card page is taken down; we may retain billing records for the period required by law.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• delete your data, where we are not required to keep it (for example, for tax or accounting records)
• withdraw consent for anything we process based on consent (such as marketing communications or non-essential cookies)

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

International data transfers

Our infrastructure providers may process data outside India. Where that happens, we require contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the version currently in force. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or communicated directly where required by law.
